Thanks to the innovative BLM Adige Fiber Evo laser tube cutting machine, we specialize in cutting tubulars of various sizes and materials, such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with a delivery time of 2 weeks from the receipt of the tube.

We are capable of cutting:

  • Round tubes with a minimum diameter of 12 mm to a maximum of 152.4 mm
  • Square or rectangular tubes with a minimum section of 10 x 12 mm to a maximum of 140 x 100 mm
  • Thicknesses of 8 mm for steel, 5 mm for stainless steel, and 4 mm for aluminum
  • Maximum length of bars is 6 meters

  • Maximum tube length that can be unloaded: 6 meters.

  • Mandrel diameter 17 mm, with a minimum non-processable tube length of 9 mm.

  • Processable thicknesses:
    Max 8 mm (steel), Max 5 mm (stainless steel), Max 4 mm (aluminum). This is made possible by the 3 kW fiber laser source.

  • It is also possible to process other metallic materials such as brass or copper.

  • Open profiles can also be processed, such as flat bars, angles, and C/U profiles (always within the specified thicknesses and within certain shape/thickness ranges to be verified on a case-by-case basis during the quotation phase).

  • 2D cutting, which is sufficient and more economical for managing thin profiles.
